Super-awesome best webpage ever (about GUMI)

GUMI is a Vocaloid who is voice-acted by Megumi Nakajima. She was released on the 26th of June 2009 by Internet Co., Ltd. Her age wasn't provided to the designer, but according to a tweet by Noboru she was intended to be around the age of a teenager before the drawing faze, this gives us the only outline of her possible age as nothing else has been comfirmed. She is refered to as 'Megpoid' in the software and it isn't uncommon for the fan base to be confused and refer to her as this or use it as their 'evidence' that she isn't a Vocaloid. This is inaccurate as the term 'Megpoid' simply means 'Megumi-like Vocaloid', Megumi being from the VA's name. People make similar mistakes with Gackpo and his software name. GUMI was the 13th Vocaloid released, and was released for the VOCALOID2 software, than rereleased in 2011 for VOCALOID3, in 2015 for VOCALOID4, and in 2022 for VOCALOID6 (AI).
